It is with a happy heart and an excited outlook for the future that I announce as of November 1st CrossFit Infusion will become The Roost. It has been an honor to train each and every one of you! I am so proud of what we have started and am very excited to pass the baton to the next generation. For those of you that don’t know Jess, Cody, Dan, and Siri all started at CrossFit Infusion and now they will take the reigns to make it bigger and better. I am excited to watch it mature into the greatest CrossFit gym on the hill!!! I can’t thank each member of CrossFit Infusion enough for giving me the chance to train you, to watch you grow as athletes and people! You all have impacted my life in ways you will never know. I feel confident that The Roost will continue to grow you as athletes and foster the beautiful family that we are! Great things are coming!!

Out of 16 competitors I made it to 8th after 3 WODs. The top 8 went on to a finals WOD where I placed 5th for a 7th place finish overall. The top three from there went on to the FINAL final WOD! Had an awesome time and made some really great friends! Thanks to those who came out and cheered me on!

We are lucky enough to have a premium craft beer brewery, Copper Kettle Brewing Company, as a sponsor for tomorrow's Master's Competition. All podium finishers will receive craft beer as a prize. The Copper Kettle tasting room is at the front of the FRCF building complex. Both competitors and spectators get $1 draft pints all day. The Copper Kettle is open from noon till 9 PM tomorrow.
